Registration

Registration fees cover full board and accommodation per person from 26 July to 29 July 2023, and includes:

  • breakfast
  • lunch
  • dinner
  • coffee breaks during conference sessions
  • room accommodation in double room (single occupancy or shared)
  • city tax of CHF 5.90/day/person

Double room, single occupancy:  CHF 850.00
Double room, shared:  CHF 700.00 (per person)

Payment is by Credit Card Only

Please note that our system requires that registration and payment are made at the same time, otherwise registration is not valid (Terms and Conditions).

Arrival: Participants are expected to arrive on Wednesday 26 July 2023.  The meeting will begin at 08:30 on Thursday 27 July.

Breakfast AND dinner are included on day of arrival
Breakfast:  7 – 11 am
Dinner:  7 – 10 pm

Departure:  Saturday 29 July (after breakfast)

 

Please indicate your food preferences and we will do our best to offer adapted meals at the conference.
PhD students and postdocs should share rooms, if possible. Please specify the name of the person with whom you wish to share a room in the comment section below.
